For each gap or opportunity, identify one possible solution, applying systems thinking to your approach. In this discussion, you will identify each of the 3 items below (start up cost, operating cost and revenue). Examples might be:

START-UP COST: Purchasing equipment. Training personnel to use it. Initial supplies.

OPERATING COSTS: Salaries, supplies, etc. (be specific)

REVENUE: You must have a revenue source. It may be cost savings or generate a fee that you will calculate the average collection rate. or SAVINGS to illustrate cost avoidance. please include at least 3 references

Where can you find revenues? 

• Organizational or Unit budgets (or those that manage the finances in your organization)
• Annual Reports (this gives a figure that you can work with that may not be perfect BUT will work for these assignments).
• Sales information for large purchase items
• Technology or Biomedical Department if it is technology.
