Provide a summary of your accomplishments since the last review period:
Since the last review period, I have consistently hit my sales volume goals. Our department also had 9 out of 11 employees hit their quarterly goals in each quarter since the last review. I am actively working with the Sales Manager to help the two struggling employees get better at working with customers and being more proactive at asking for sales from their assigned accounts. I also developed an internal sales tracking program that several of the team members are using.
Improvement Opportunities (To be completed by Manager)
· Improve timely customer document collection rates (currently collecting 94% of required documents on time, goal is 100% of documents collected on time, 6% performance gap).
· Improve attendance at monthly sales meetings (missed 2 meetings in last 12 months, one was an excused absence; the other instance Sam was 45 minutes late for unspecified reasons.
Goals for Next Review Period (Jointly drafted by employee and manager)
· Work with Mitch Manager to open new sales territories in neighboring counties.
· Attend product training conference to held by Product Maker, Inc. in 3 months.
· Complete last two modules of in-house software training (must be finished within six months of today’s date)
