After reading the article “Better employee relation can lead to a rapid business expansion” It talked about how employees reflect on the growth of your business or an organization. It explained that businesses that can managed employee relations better can lead to an amazing and satisfying workplace. It sayed “ keeping employees content, engaged and valued is key to an organizatins growth. The secret is knowing to treat your employees as stakeholders in the company, adding to the profits rather than considering them as just paid workers. Building an environment that enables their skills and creativity is imperative to allow employees to be more productive” (edureha.com).
I think that this is something that I will be adding to my report, because it’s stating the importance and the benefits that come along with having employee relations with your employees. It’s not hard to treat people with respect and that is that they are stating in this document. Treat the employees as stocks. If you pour into them and be engaged with them and create a positive work force, then they will help produce bigger numbers for your company. I think that to many people bring their home into work and start to get upset and treat the workers differently and thats not fair. Eveyon should be treated will love and respen, because if the workers dont do their job, then no work would get done.

After reading over ther article “ They’re Not Employees, They’re People” it talked about how two big changes has happened in the work world. The first thing is that a staggering amount of people who are working for organizations are no longer being traditional employees of those same organizations. And secondly, “ A growing number of business outsourced employee relations; they no longer manage major aspects of their relationship” (Harvard Business Review). The said that “ the attenuation of relationship between people and organizations they work for represents a grave danger to business” (Harvard Business Review).
This information will be used in my report, because it is explaining the importance of employee relations. It’s showing what will continue to happen to businesses if they don’t start treating other workes like humans and actually having a positive work relationship with them. In the article it talked about how in HR that is the number one rule that is followed when being or creating a positive, but yet productive work environment. This is important to me, because bosses, associates, managers, and etc need to know how to treat their employees if they want to have a growing business. You can’t want to treat the customers with all respect, but treat the ones that are doing all of the hard work in the background and treat them unpleasant. They are the ones that are in control og the business and if they want any type of increasing numbers there needs to be respect granted to everyone no matter what their job may be.

After reading the article “Top Ways to Engage Your Employees” It really talked about employees that are disengaged are costly. They think that when you are not engaged in your work that you are not able to grow and do more within your job. And you become costly, because you are not bringing in anything extra to help the company or the busines. On top of that they could loose customers due to bad customer service and that could really affect your busines and could really “make or break your company”(Virgin Plus 2023) as well.After doing search they came to the conclusion that it was , because of employee relations why employees werent being engaged in their work. They also came to the conclusion that afer COVID-19 that one they gave them the opportunity to work online or mobile that everyone wanted to hold that position instead of coming into work, because of their well being and because of not having any employee relations within their job. They did find the solution to the problem as well and it all came down to leadership and employee relations within the business.
This information is important to include in my research review, because it talks about the importance of having employee relations with your employees, and how not having that can affect your business and your customers as well if your employees are not engaged with them and are not delivering their service proparly.
