Answer the following components in your paper. Provide a brief summary of the ethical dilemma. Discuss three ethical principles that align with the selected dilemma. The principles can be demonstrated as a success (met all the ethical principal criteria) or an area of opportunity (areas of growth identified). The discussion of each ethical principle should:
* Include the definition of the principle,
* How the principle was demonstrated (success or area of opportunity) within the selected dilemma.
* Include examples of ethical principles: autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, fidelity, confidentiality, veracity, and accountability.
* Discuss the role of nursing and organizational ethics in the workplace.
* Analyze personal morals and values and how they impact nursing practice and leadership. Provide an introduction and conclusion paragraph.
