Paper Guidelines
Find and analyze a recent event that illustrates the major concepts of organizational behavior. Your paper be should be 3-5 pages in length (not including a cover page or reference page), 12-point font, and follow all APA writing standards. Your recent event summary and analysis should include:
A summary of the key points of the article
Identify and apply at least three (3) major organizational behavior concepts.
The relevance of the article to course content as it relates to organizational behavior theories and concepts.

Analyze the three major organizational behavior concepts and theories through the examples of the recent event. Be sure that each concept/theory is explicitly and identified. Additionally, cite your work and reference the resources provided in the course.

Reflective Analysis
Finally, reflect on your learning by describing specific insights you learned from this assignment and identifying two specific actions you will take to enhance your leadership or management practice. In your reflection, describe what surprised you, and how your thinking and/or behavior changed.
