I accpected my new position in July 2022, as a director of ecommerce in USF corp, and feel very energetic, decide to continue my education at the sametime to help with my career. however, the new postion at the begining is costing more energy than i thought it would be, and i barely have time to think about my education. I missed some live session and a few deadline of assignment, and eventually faied the LDR700, EDU 700 and INTL 710.
At the beginning of 2023, I successfully concord a few difficulties in my job and being recognized as one of the important leader as I should in my position. I soon realized how important it is also important to keep my education and practice the technices and skills that from the latest. Therefore I decided to take EDU701 and LDR 700 again as a new start. In session 3, my acdamic is making a greatly progress, and I'm learning a lot from the courses, practicing a lot from what I'm learning.
