Registration often comes with a patient getting a long number/letter password on exiting a group that they are asked to change when they register at home. After reading the Case Study and Chapter 7, answer the following questions that demonstrate your understanding of the case study and Chapter 7.

2) What can be the value-added components of a patient portal beyond the existing components present in most portals such as:

-Refill prescription request
