With a busy schedule of being a student and working full time I dont have much time to sit down and enjoy my meals
Breakfast and dinner are usually the two big meals I eat during the day and between I snack most of the time
This assignment was slightly difficult because I had to put more time towards what I am eating but it benefitted be as I could see the difference in performance throughout the day
I also wasnt to add that every Friday I have fa religious family dinner
My mom and whoever is helping spends a lot of time in the kitchen towards making a huge feast every Friday and it is clear that everyone needs to come hungry
You can explain how this conflicted with my experiment because mom was not to happy with my result
