He is educated and interested in learning more about healthy eating behaviors. During the nursing assessment, it was determined that the patient has poor nutrition habits and has a limited understanding of nutrition and how it affects the body. He has a moderate level of readiness to learn, but is motivated to make changes to his diet and lifestyle in order to improve his health.
