Exemplary Follower Assignment The purpose of this assignment is to understand the characteristics, behaviors, and motivations of exemplary followers, to learn takeaway lessons about followership, and discover what best practices can be adopted in your own situations and potential workplaces. You will identify at least four (4) exemplary followers. These followers may be: On-campus staff who you have noticed go out of their way to do a good job (campus bus drivers, baristas at Starbucks, cafeteria workers, housekeeping staff, security officers, etc.).
