Main post: Technology has become an important part of healthcare and it is often utilized to make important decisions. Reflecting on your experiences both as a client and as a student nurse, discuss one instance as a consumer of healthcare and one instance as a healthcare professional, where technology has affected a decision you have made and how the outcome was affected. If you have not worked in healthcare, please research a technology commonly used by healthcare professionals.) Make sure posts are through, well-researched, and meet minimum requirements and word counts (see rubric). 

For the response to your peers, recommend an alternative technology that they may use to help in decision making related to the example they shared. Make sure responses are also thorough, well-researched, and meet minimum requirements and work counts (see rubric). 

Please make your initial post by midweek, and respond to at least two other student's post by the end of the week. All posts require references AND in-text citations in full APA format. Information must be paraphrased and not quoted. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates. NOTE: Finalized postings must be submitted by deadlines. Any edits after deadline will be counted as late submissions and deducted accordingly. If you need to make any corrections for clarity's sake only, you can write an addendum as a reply to yourself. The initial post will still be the one receiving full grade.
