35 second work 25 second rest
40 second work 20 second rest
45 second work 15 second rest
50 second work 10 second rest

5) Crunches
6) Bridge (on back, with bent legs bring hips off the ground)
7) Mt climbers
8) Jump rope
9) Scissor kicks (on back, try and keep feet off the ground and low)
10) Plank jacks
1-2 minute rest between sets
