Population Health brings into sharp focus the issues confronting communities and responds to ways resources can be allocated to respond to the problems that are drivers of poor health conditions in the population.

The Government has announced that they will be relocating a lower income community of 500 families who have been prone to repeated flooding, to a geographical area close to your health facility. You have been called to a multi-agency meeting to discuss the relocation exercise and state how your sector can best prepare for what is expected to be an increased demand on the health centre and hospital.
