The second is the lack of visibility. This means that the organization should track products from the manufacturer to the delivery site. In most cases, this is not monitored until there is an urgent need for the supply.

Last is the lack of accountability. Someone has to be held responsible for purchasing, delivery, inventory monitoring, and other areas of the supply chain management. (Khan, 2019)
