You are asked to construct a memo directed to the CEO, CFO, vice-presidents, and the Board of Trustees. In this memo, you will summarize the concept of judicial review. You will also explain the concept of judicial review, using hypothetical examples designed to evoke understanding from individuals outside of the legal realm. Describe these aspects in lay terms. If needed, you can use real examples, which you will present in the Week 4 assignment. In the memo, be sure to address the following:
• Define judicial review.
• Use hypothetical examples to explain judicial review in lay terms.
• Explain the impact that judicial review could have on an organization.
The memo must be completed in a Word document. The memo must be at least 500 words in length and must include academic references. In addition to the incorporation of academic resources, make sure to include relevant case law in your memo. Make sure to use at least two academic sources and two relevant case law references.
