you select is up to you. It may be a movement that is a sport skill, or an exercise, or a movement that is a part of daily living.
Once you have selected your movement you should begin your analysis.
Discuss each item on the outline, giving your rationale for what you are describing. The anatomical analysis should follow the model described in lecture and in the book. It should be completed on the anatomical analysis chart provided at the end of this outline. You may need to add columns to the table to include all of your joints being analyzed.
