Part I: Mock-up
Pick a theme for your Adobe Acrobat Portfolio such as a cookbook or another topic your team agrees upon.

Your team’s goal is to create an Adobe® Acrobat® Portfolio using your selected theme that demonstrates your team’s mastery over the Adobe Acrobat DC techniques you have learned in each week.
Create a preliminary mock-up (a drawing that shows the documents you intend to include in your portfolio.) You can hand draw and scan to a PDF file or create via Microsoft Office and convert to a PDF. At a minimum, your completed Adobe Acrobat Portfolio is expected to demonstrate the following:
• Use of find and search features
• Use of navigation options
• Creating PDF documents from various sources
• Saving PDF files in alternative formats
• Combining PDF documents
• Use of actions and interactive objects
• Use of forms
• Use of security techniques
• Use of reviewing techniques
• Ability to publish final documents

Part II: Create, Modify and Enhance
Create a three page Word document that explains to your audience the theme of your project and what documents your project will include.
Provide instructions on navigating, finding, and searching PDF documents.
Convert the Word file created in step I to a PDF file. Modify the PDF as follows:
• Number the pages
• Add a table of contents that is capable of linking to each of the three pages.
Create an Excel spreadsheet that contains a brief list of the tasks you need to accomplish to complete this project.
Create a combined PDF file that contains both the original PDF file created and the Excel® spreadsheet.
Save the PDF file in an alternative format.
Create your portfolio file (e.g. TeamAPortfolio.pdf). Include both files (the combined PDF file and the PDF file saved in an alternative format) in your portfolio. In addition, include in the portfolio of the mock-up PDF file you created in Part I (see Week Two).
Create other PDF files per your mock-up and incorporate these into your portfolio.

Write a 1- to 2-paragraph Learning Team Status Report including the following:
• What the Learning Team accomplished for the week
• Any issues encountered
• Plans for the next week

Use the Action Wizard to optimize the PDF file you created for web and mobile.
Incorporate the resulting PDF file into your portfolio.

Preflight your mock-up file. When the preflight has been completed, click on the Create Report button to generate a report. Save as a PDF file. Include this in your portfolio.
Include, in the Portfolio, a log of the specific steps your team took to develop the Portfolio.
