“Finally, we were able to investigate the behavior of ice-cold water to boiling hot water by measuring the temperature change over time using the LABVIEW Data Acquisition System. Students will attach the Thermocouple (TC) to ice-cold water (5 °C) for a few seconds before swiftly removing it and submerging it into boiling hot water (100 °C) in this experiment. Finally, swiftly remove the TC from the boiling hot water and submerge it in freezing cold water. A data set has been created in LABVIEW so that we may investigate the behavior of the findings. The continuous temperature of the ice-cold water can be readily seen, with a temperature range of 5-6°C. As the line graph approaches the 111-second point, it begins to ascend steeply before leveling out within 100 seconds. The thermocouple has been changed from ice-cold water to boiling water in this example. Finally, we withdrew the thermocouple and re-immersed it in ice-cold water, where the line graph began to fall towards the lower temperature before gradually recovering to 5°C.”
