Construct a discussion that includes the following:
Identification of the procedures performed in each patient encounter
Assignment of CPT code for each procedure identified
Resources utilized for locating assigned CPT codes; if an online resource includes the link to the site or page.
Responses need to address all components of the question, demonstrate critical thinking and analysis and include peer-reviewed journal evidence to support the student’s position.
