When you enter her room you find her lying on the floor near her bed calling for help. The over-bed table and her walking frame are nearby. You ask her what happened and she said she had got out of bed and was trying to reach her walking frame but it had been placed too far away. Using problem-solving skills you must clear the environment and select the appropriate equipment to perform the manual task of transferring Mrs Brown from the floor to her bed safely, using correct manual handling techniques and equipment. You must also consult with and report to the supervisor according to organisation procedures.
