This Group selected a change issue or problem for their PDSA project. 

TOPIC;  Increasing physical activity or daily exercise

Each group will complete their Aim, Measure, and Change questions and a Plan

(1) for their PDSA Project.

 PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) Process

o Do: Each student in the group will individually complete the agreed-on

activity/change in the PDSA Plan for the first cycle.

o Study: At the end of the first cycle, each student will share their outcomes

(data and experience) with the entire group.

o Act: Based on the initial data collected, the group will create an updated

Plan (2) for the second PDSA cycle.

o Do: Each student in the group will again participate in completing the

activity/change in the second PDSA Plan.

o Study: Students again will share their outcomes (data and experience)

with the entire group.

o Act: The entire group will identify the next steps or recommendations to

improve their change issue or problem based on their PDSA process from

their data and experience.

o It should include a detailed description of the PDSA Plan and the PDSA

process completed by the group.

o All group members should elaborate on information about the group’s change issue, the Aim, Measure

and Change questions developed create the PDSA Plan, the process,

the outcomes, and what they learned.
