Time Management Exercise Review: The two weeks of scheduled activities for the assignment of week 3 will be complete. This discussion is your feedback on whether this approach worked for you. Did you "Work the Plan"? If you did, how well did it work for you? What would you have done differently? If you didn't follow the plan, why not? Did you have any time management issues? Would you have done anything differently?
Purpose: Part of Deming's PDCA approach is to reflect on what was planned and the result. Recognizing an improvement will "anchor" the behavior and this gives an opportunity to make improvements from the last round. Sharing it with others builds awareness, accountability, and community.

I almost followed the plan exactly until I had to do some assignment a bit earlier since now I have a new work schedule at FedEx. I think that I should still plan to do assignments around the same time or sooner while also be flexible if new or unexpected events occur. Also, balancing personal and school schedule will help relive stress and make learning easier.

My schedule didn't go as planned. I'd originally blocked out time each evening and assigned what work would be completed each day. However, when it came down to executing, I needed more flexibility to work on whatever I was in the mood for that given day. I was also able to squeeze in time for homework during my lunch breaks which I hadn't accounted for. Moving forward, I still have time blocked out every evening but instead of having specific tasks assigned, I've added each homework assignment as a reminder on my phone then knock out one a day depending on energy level.

I believed that I spaced my assignments out very well on the calendar, but I did not follow the schedule I planned. Sometimes my work schedule and different things that occurred during my day played a factor in preventing me from finishing the assignments I wanted to complete when I had planned. Although a schedule for my assignments is very nice to have, it is hard to follow a schedule when you have a lot of things going on in your life. Something I would do differently would be to have a few hours blocked out during my day for when I plan to complete assignments so I can have zero distractions.

I feel that I spaced out my assignments very well, but my schedule didn't go exactly as planned. Throughout that time frame, many unexpected things hindered me from completing what I had scheduled for the day. These events included work and personal/family obligations. Although I didn't strictly follow the schedule I came up with, I was still able to complete my assignments before the due date. It's not ideal to cram study time and assignments, but sometimes it is not realistic to always be on top of everything. Something that I can do to improve this is to make use of any of the free time that I encounter to avoid falling behind and try to complete assignments earlier than I planned to.
