The participants in the study for the reverse auditory digitspan exercise were 30 people who attended the school breakfast club and 30 people who did not. Our study sought to determine whether this was the case and was granted permission to measure working memory in groups of students from two separate schools using the Backwards Auditory Digitspan, a straightforward test. One school in our study operates a breakfast club, while the other does not. The demographics of the two schools are identical. The results of our comprehensive analysis will assist the local administration in deciding whether to expand the program to more schools. Method: Participants were selected from 2 schools in a low-social economic region 30 students were selected, measuring the benefits of breakfast in improving memory and attention span in school.
