Requirements:

1. CEAP-NP Survey: Chamberlain University has developed an academic assessment, CEAP-NP, for Post-Licensure MSN-NP students. The CEAP-NP assesses areas that have been shown to be highly associated with student success such as ability to deal with stress, commitment to education, learning strategies, and academic skills. The assessment will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey should be completed by 11:59 p.m. MT at the end of week 3. Students will receive an individualized report with survey results to their Chamberlain email addresses by Friday of Week 4.  Please review your report and use the focused activities as a holistic approach to improving academic success. The confirmation number you will receive after completion of the survey is for your records only; you do not need to provide this number to your professor nor do you need to upload it anywhere in Canvas.
