Documented Reports (DRs) are reports students write to discuss research critically, practice one or more research writing skills, and explore possible subjects for a final research presentation. Before you begin this assignment, PLEASE READ THE USING DATABASES SECTION in the Research Writing Skills tab in Blackboard. After reviewing that section, develop a 3.5-4 page, double spaced typed essay that includes MLA citations and a corresponding works cited page. You need a minimum of 2 sources from the Schoolcraft College online periodicals or web sources with the following domains: .edu, .gov, .org. Do not use Wikipedia. Assignment prompt: Develop an essay that addresses the relationship between food and addiction. In order to formulate your own thesis, consider the following questions:
Why are eating habits so hard to break?
Do you think it is possible to be addicted to a specific food or food in general?
Type DR2 on the M2 Template to format your paper correctly; use one of the citations from the Works Cited page for the assigned article you evaluated and delete the rest.
Include MLA parenthetical citations to document your research. For example, if you quote from the article, be sure to follow with citation that includes the author last name and page number where applicable: (Freedhoff 3).
