Provide a brief 2 sentence summary of the RFP (4 pts), provide the URL to the RFP (2 pts), and provide a brief 2 sentence summary on how you would respond to the RFP (4 pts). The final requirement implies you are both interested and qualified to respond.

PART TWO:

For the discussion, find a Work Breakdown Structure for a non-IT project. Look for a creative application of WBS as part of a planning phase. You may find projects using MS Project for distinct events (weddings, riding a bike, etc). Please provide the WBS with a URL and a brief summary of the non-IT project.
