Evaluate these resources and provide an example of how these resources are integrated into nursing practice at your organization. Discuss recommendations for integration of additional resources not being utilized.

The basic purpose of a Gantt Chart is to break down a large project into a series of smaller tasks in an organized and logical way. To help prepare you for developing your own SDLC Gantt chart, your discussion this week will center on the tasks that were needed for the Wellness Alliance SDLC project case study (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2018).
This discussion should take the form of a brainstorming session to identify the tasks, milestones, and timelines that were, or will be needed, for the Wellness Alliance SDLC.
