Social Entrepreneurship

Reflect on the class discussions and the articles that you have read during the first four weeks of this class and use the information to write a paper that explains social entrepreneurship, and how it applies to the organizations of the nonprofit sector.  In general, your paper will include the following:

The definition of social entrepreneurship;
Contrast between “social” entrepreneurship and regular entrepreneurship;
Identify and describe three models/frameworks/explanations of social entrepreneurship that are useful and relevant to date. Include in your discussion illustrative real-life examples for each model.
  Of these models, explain which is the most useful and why.
Instructions:

Your paper should be 10-12  pages.
Your paper must be prepared in APA format, including in-text citations and reference lists. Sources on the reference list must be cited in the paper. The reference list should be on its own page.
An abstract is not required.
Submit your paper in the Assignments section of the class no later than 11:55 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Sunday of Week Four.
Papers will automatically go through Turnitin in this class.
Sources must include at least 5 peer-reviewed references on this paper. Resources such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, attorney websites, blogs, and Wikipedia (and similar) are acceptable as peer-reviewed sources.
