Milosevic, D. Z., & Martinelli, R. J. (2016). Project management toolbox : Tools and techniques for the practicing project manager. 

Step 2: Write A 750-word essay addressing the following prompts.  Your post project should include a minimum of three sources, at least two from the lesson, must be cited in-text and in the Reference list.

Discuss the importance of identifying critical success factors in scope planning.

What is a scope statement and the key elements it contains?  What are the key steps in the scope statement process?

What is a work breakdown (WBS) is and what purpose does the WBS serve?

What is product breakdown structure (PBS) and what purpose does the OBS serve?

Step 3: Complete the essay.

Review and edit the draft. Perform a spell and grammar check.

        Include a cover page and references in addition to your required word count.

        Use correct APA format.

        Double-space text.

        Use size 12 Times New Roman.

        Use section headings to organize.

        Indent paragraphs.

        Include in-text citations as appropriate.

        Use correct spelling, grammar, sentence structure and verb tense
