In Week 4 you will finalize your research proposal to be prepared to collect your data in HUB 680. At this time you should have a well developed research proposition, literature review (with a minimum of ten references), design, methodology, and results (this includes a plan for data collection and data analysis and presentation). The final proposal will include a discussion section that includes an interpretation of your expected findings, limitations to the research, future directions, practical implications, and general conclusions (see the sample proposals in Student Resources for guidelines).

You need all of these parts regardless of whether you use qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods for your research. Revisit the rubrics, the literature, feedback you have received, and other information to improved your proposal in this assignment. Finally, your proposal should have an appendix with the informed consent form you plan to use (if you are using human participants) and an appendix for any measurement instruments you will be using (e.g., questionnaire items, interview questions, observation checklists).
