The Systems Archetypes describe common patterns of behavior in organizations. As diagnostic tools they provide insight into the underlying structures from which behavior over time and discreet events emerge. As prospective tools, they alert managers to future unintended consequences. Accordingly, for this assignment, you are required to select two (2) real-world cases and apply appropriate systems archetypes to (1) analyze the system’s behavior and (2) make proper recommendations. Your best resource for this assignment is William Braun’s article called, “The System Archetypes,” which is inside Module 8. This article provides samples cases, analyses, and recommendations (exactly what you need to do for this assignment). 

CASE 1

To help you with the selection of the cases, the first case that I would like you to work on involves Tesla’s new Cybertruck and its growing competition with Ford’s F-150. This is a very recent case and obviously, you can focus on various aspects of it. In recent years, Tesla has struggled in a wide range of areas and even during the launch of its Cybertruck, some of the promised features such as the durability of the windows failed. So, imagine you work for Tesla’s strategic department and you have been assigned to analyze the current situation (focus on 1-2 major areas) and make some recommendations to Tesla to be able to perform well with the new Cybertruck in terms of sales (keep in mind the competition with F-150). Once again, this is a multidimensional situation/case as it involves a variety of issues/concerns that need to be analyzed and addressed, so please focus only on 1-2 key areas of study/investigation that could provide great help to Tesla’s sales. Once you select 1-2 focus areas, then refer to Braun’s article and select 1-2 proper archetypes to analyze each area and make professional recommendations to Tesla’s strategic team. You must properly draw each archetype and demonstrate its components (a visual representation of each archetype is required). Your recommendations must be research-based or else they would count as your personal opinion, which won’t be professional, so please conduct research to support your recommendations and include citations/references. 

CASE 2

The above will be CASE 1. Then, you will have to select CASE 2 and repeat the above steps to analyze the situation and make recommendations. Your case must be a recent developing company scenario/situation similar to Tesla’s. Please be sure to comply with the following requirements:
