4. Treat your post (worth 10 out of the 15 marks)as a mini essay. This means it must have the 3 hallmarks of an essay: Introduction, Body and Conclusion.
***Your reflection post should not be more than 3 paragraphs.
***It can be written as one paragraph.
***A single paragraph reflection post should not be less than 5 sentences.
5. Introduction (2.5 marks): This is the mission statement or plan of action for your reflection post. It must guide your reader on what to expect including your main idea for said post. In other words state what you are going to do.
6. Body (of evidence) (6 marks): Do what you said you would do using evidence from the chapter. This is where you show your reader/grader that you absolutely read the chapter. Provide supporting evidence/information about/on your mission statement/plan of action.
7. Conclusion (1.5 marks): end by showing you did what you said you would do. Show your reader/grader that your mission is accomplished. This is absolutely not the time to introduce new evidence or extra information unless you are providing a special/ specific lead for further discussions.
8. Responding to 3 people will earn 5 marks. Here you should refrain from one liners and mere statements of agreement. Show you have read your colleague’s post by specifically addressing their position and the evidence they provided.
