The questions should be dedicated to either your hobbies, favorite websites, or favorite meals. Just pick one of those three sections for the basis of your form. Be creative with your questions to get the correct answers you are looking for when a visitor submits your form. Organize the different sections into fieldsets. Each input should have a label associated with it. Mark the appropriate required fields. Put in placeholders where needed to make the form user friendly. Do NOT use the same questions/names/id from the classwork.

Using your phone/tablet or a friend’s, record at minimum 30 seconds of video of yourself explaining how video can be used to enhance websites. Email the video file to yourself, allowing you to download it onto your computer. Embed the video onto your favorite websites page as a new article. If you are using an ios device, simply rename the file extension from .mov to .mp4.

Create closed captioning to go along with your video. The captions must be time-coded correctly to match the dialogue, word for word.
