In the comments for O1 you mention things from 2011 and 2017, which cannot be included because your period of scanning ends in 2010.

The comments for each SF does not support weights, nor rates. You must include a sentence of how much revenue would go up (opportunities) or down (threats) for each factor. This information is key to calculate weights.
How to calculate weights: Add ALL comments of increase/decrease of revenue from O1 to T5. Get a TOTAL, then calculate O1 revenue/TOTAL to get O1’s weight. Do the same with all SFs.

I had the impression they were leading it by 2010, so I was expecting a higher rate … but I may be wrong.
