Step 2. Research: Your paper must include at a minimum Four (4) primary legal sources (i.e. a Maryland state or Federal statute, court cases) and Six (6) secondary sources (i.e. books, newspapers, journals) that support or otherwise illustrate your identified topic.

Step 3. Writing: Your paper must include the historical significance of your topic as well as discuss all significant legal, social, and ethical issues associated with it. Conclude your paper by thoroughly analyzing the impact this case has had or will have on future legal, political and criminal justice outcomes.
