Programs. Describe in detail the program(s) available. For example, a drug treatment center may have inpatient treatment as well as outpatient counseling. An agency aimed at helping families may hold parenting classes, distribute diapers, contribute to utility bills, and/or offer short-term shelter. [1 page]

Recipients. Identify the targeted population? Describe the ways in which participants may benefit? Explain the application process, if applicable.
