• Strategies you have used or will use to influence or persuade individuals, a group, or your workplace (tie to text)
• Barriers that hinder your professional communication effectiveness
• Plan for enhancing your professional communication effectiveness
Use business writing style (single-spaced, liberal use of headings, bullet points, and charts/graphs/graphics as appropriate). For instance, you might use a table to show different types of people and how you should interact. Or, you might list various business scenarios with your strategies in a table or illustration. Or, you might list strengths and weaknesses with plans for capitalizing on strengths and improving weaknesses. Feel free to be creative to present your message effectively. Words in tables, etc count toward total word count.
