This final week is no exception and you will have much to do for your final 10 points. So in case it is not clear from the directions you are submitting TWO files. One file is your MS Word document that pulls all your individual assignments together regarding the strategic plan. Then you will also create a 25-35 page slide deck that highlights your strategic plan. The new piece you will add is an executive summary. An executive summary is not an introduction. It is approximately 2 pages in length and highlights the key points of your strategy plan including the key data like total costs, total benefits or money to be made from the strategy. Remember the audience for the plan and your slide deck is to SELL your new strategy to the Board of Directors of the organization you selected. So you have to give really good reasons why (supported with outside, relevant, current research) they should move forward with investing in your strategy.a
