Paper should focus on  Salary Cap in Sports: How is it different between Sports and how does the US differ from Europe?  

– Talk about salary cap in sports in the US

– Talk about 4 main sports : NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA (article  Reflections on salary shares and salary caps” focuses on 4 sports; article  “The new NBA collective bargaining agreement, the median voter model, and a Robin Hood rent redistribution." focuses on NBA; article  "Mean reversion or a breath of fresh air?
