Project: Constructing a new branch health care facility

Question 1

Examples of internal Stakeholders in this project are; project Manager, temporary employees, construction companies. executive director and sponsors.

Example of external stakeholders in this project are; town residents, federal government, national government, facilities around the area and the neighborhood.

This example is a stakeholder analysis table. Unlike the one on week 5 folder, this is one is simple and has two rows; one for internal stakeholders and the other row for external stakeholder. All stakeholders have arrows pointing to the company meaning every stakeholder plays a role in the company.

Question 3

Many change efforts define benefits to the organization such as cost savings and revenue. Individuals are interested in benefits for the organization, but the project manager need to make them understand the change in terms of personal impact and personal benefit in order to contextualize, internalize, and commit to the effort (Radujković & Sjekavica, 2017). Change happens at the individual level; it is important that benefits are defined and articulated in individual terms.
