Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) clearly illustrates this sentiment For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The perspectives of positive and transformational psychology speak to the Lords plan for our life. Traditional, secular psychological frameworks focus on pathology and repairing people. Transformational Psychology focuses not only on personal happiness, but also speaks to serving others and helping them live the abundant life.
