Complete the following questions in an MS Word Document in APA format. Double space your work and use 12-point font using Times New Roman. You must
include both a separate cover and reference page.
1. Research and compare cellular 3G implementations (CDMA) with 4G – LTE-Advanced. Include the technological differences between the two
implementations and include the importance of multiplexing and error correction.
2. Compare the encoding used for MP3, FLAC, WAV and that used by CDs, provide details for each of the four types. Do you think the resulting sound quality
when played back through good headphones would be the same? Why or why not?
3. What are two differences between analog and/or digital data transmitted with an analog signal, and with a digital signal? Why is noise a bigger problem for
analog transmission of data. Provide one specific example or reason.
Under what circumstances will error correction work, and when will it not work? Investigate and provide some detail on Forward Error Correction in the above
context.
