Are the quality assurance ideas and methodologies introduced by the Masters of Quality still relevant?

Developed decades ago, are they still applicable to modern business, especially with the development of

e-commerce based businesses?

For this assignment, pick one of the Quality Masters and critically analyze whether the principles they

introduced are still relevant today. Provide an overview of one of their main idea(s), describe the

strengths and weaknesses of their main idea(s) then offer an analysis of why you agree or disagree that

their idea(s) are still important to modern organizations.

bibliography of a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 4 references. 12 font, single spaced.

grading criteria or an introduction/main analysis/conclusion will ensure you cover all the topics

and can organize your thoughts logically.
