Review Emergency Operation Plan of Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Hospital , National Guard hospital ,Madinah City, Saudi Arabia, establish hazard vulnerability analysis and surge capacity plan

This is a capstone Master project, the main ideas is that Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Hospital , has emergency operation plan already but they did not mention HVA and surge capacity plan in their operation (preparedness ) plan , so I would like to add those (HVA and Surge capacity Plan ) in the plan .

I am gonna attach capstone guidelines file , capstone project for emergency operation plan for another hospital locating at the same city and other capstone project for updating emergency operation plan in another hospital and different city .

IV. Initial literature review – This section provides the academic foundation for your work. Understand that this section will continue to grow over the time of project development. A literature review section is a large part of the narrative – expect 16 – 30 pages just for this section.
V. Methods to be used –Describe the methods that you will use in completing the project. Make certain that your methods statement is both clear and sequential. Details matter and need to be included.
VI. Arrange telephone consulting as needed in this process. This is the time to identify any issues in project development and direction.

This document must be approved by your advisor no later than 1 month before the term you want to register for capstone. Issues in design, format, IRB requirements (if applicable) must be resolved no later than this date. Any problems that are unresolved are the sole responsibility of the participant; therefore, make sure all of the required elements in the Proposal are included in the final document.
NOTE: IRB approval requires three months and a solid project narrative, all data gathering tools and the IRB Application.

I would like to inform you that also , you need to do literature review for international standards of emergency operation plan , to see the standards elements to establish an emergency operation plan , I thin some of the important elements are HVA , surge capacity plan and training, and those elements are not exist in my hospital operation plan, so we will do it for my hospital, after that I think to do literature review about hazards and threats for the hospital and madina city, the tope 5 hazards need to have plan for them , If you need to increase number of pages feel free and I will pay for that .
