Since many of you have been out of school for a while, and this is the first in a sequence of three BGS courses (followed by BSG 3002 and 4001) that emphasize personal and academic growth, this assignment will focus on academic writing as it relates to you as an adult learner.  You may select from one of the following topics:

1. What is the impact of goal setting on motivation and success?

2. What are the challenges and barriers for adults completing their degree?

3. What role does mentoring have in career success

To keep you on-track as you develop this paper, you are required to submit 

an outline of your paper and a list of at least three sources you are using 

written in APA 6th or 7th ed. 

The underlined and bold face text is the topic this research paper shall be on.

Submit an outline for your final paper and a reference list, in APA 6th edition, with at least three of the sources expect to use in your final paper in the Dropbox below.This will provide your instructor with an opportunity to check your progress and provide you with feedback.
