Out of the themes listed below, please select one and think of your experience as a customer/client/supplier when you waited
to be serviced (e.g. line at the restaurant, doctors office, email response, internet order). Why did you have to wait?

were used? How effective were the approaches to eliminate the wait time and line? Provide three (3) suggestions of how you
