1). An established promotion policy is principal. List the characteristics necessary for an effective promotion policy. The details of the promotion policy must be comprehensible. The policy must be communicated understandably. The employee has to know what manager to report to. The policy should be accordant with the goals. Benefits information such as changes to benefits and compensation should be incorporated.
2). Compare and contrast a closed internal recruitment system with an open internal recruitment system. In the closed internal recruitment system, the employees are not aware of job vacancies. The only people that are aware of the promotions or transfer opportunities are those who supervise positioning in the HR department. The open internal recruitment system exists when employees become aware of job vacancies and the employees can then bid on a job opening.
3). What information should be included in the targeted internal communication message? The information should be included in the select internal communication message and it should point out how the job ties to the needs of the applicant. This concludes my discussion,
