Paper:
Write a research paper on a leadership topic or problem of personal interest to you.
The research paper is an answer to your Capstone Leadership Research Question through the
reading, summarizing, and synthesizing of research on the topic. For example, you could ask,
What type of leadership is optimal in a corporate turnaround?
Ideally, the Capstone will be a
culminating project, integrating material studied in the program. Students currently employed,
may elect to use a problem related to their current position for the project. The final Capstone
Leadership Research Paper should be submitted by Week 8, Sunday midnight to the W8 dropbox.
Secondary Research
The Strategic Leadership Capstone Papers research must include at least thirty-five sources, of
which twenty-five must come from scholarly, professional journals. The research should be very
