a. What is the crisis (including a timeline of events)?

b. What made this situation a crisis (rather than an issue or a problem)?

c. Who did the crisis affect and what are the impacts on different stakeholders/publics?

d. What did the organization do well in handling the crisis?

e. What did the organization do poorly in handling the crisis?

f. What do you think should have been done differently?

Your assignment should be concise and precise. Word level is 1,500 but waffle is not counted.
