the introduction is short and to the point. This is good from the perspective of creating something which is a very direct and to the point read. States this is an article Note, the second sentence does not appear to be a complete sentence. Also, the third sentence states this is an article. It is not an article, please refer to the directives for this assignment. This is a report you are preparing for your CEO, as a strategy consultant. The industry overview and analysis is interesting, however your reference source is from a student essay purchase website. Researching information from sources of this nature. You should be dealing with academic and professional practitioner resources. The competitor discussion and analysis prepared by Bhasin (2018). The threat of new entrants under the Porter five forces analysis appears to be from the student essay purchase website. The four remaining factors for the Porter five forces analysis are from Fern Fort University, which is not a university but is a student essay purchase website. Please see my discussion post of module one discussion two on 31 July 2021, item number three. I do discussion pertaining to the internal environmental factors, strengths, I am unable to find a free cash flow calculation in the latest annual report you have mentioned. The remaining two environmental factors for strength appear to be good. Under weaknesses, if you are going to discuss return on invested capital, you should provide that specific return. I might note this is a very easy calculation, which I have provided information on my comments to your paper in the upload I have made to your website portal. I notice you have competition as a weakness. Competition is a threat. One of the big things to remember, the internal environmental factors are controlled of strengths and weaknesses. These are things which are under control or are directly controllable by the organization. Weaknesses are things which the organization does, but does not do very well. Competition is not something controlled by the organization, but is a threat to the organization, as it is outside of the control. I notice under opportunities when you discuss global serial demand you state we are seeing trends. Keep in mind the best approach for narratives of this nature are third person to promote and maintain objectivity. Save the word we for group and team projects. In this case, you are not a member of the firm, but are a consultant to the CEO client. You indicate under financial performance that sales went up 1.4% billion from the previous year. This is quite confusing, as I have no idea what this may represent. 1.4% increases good. But more importantly what about the net income? Is the company profitable? Net sales does not always mean the company is profitable. One of the big things to remember for every internal and neck environmental factors identified there should be a corresponding plan or way to maintain a strength which is identified, and convert a strength to a weakness which has been identified. These plans are considered strategies and will be reworded as recommendations to your CEO client. With respect to the external environmental factors, these are composed of opportunities and threats. Opportunities and threats should have a corresponding plan to; convert each opportunity into a strength, and develop plans to protect the organization from adverse impacts any threats may impose on the organization. These are strategies, which will be reworded as specific recommendations to your client. For example, if you have identified a total of 12 internal and external environmental factors, there will be a total of 12 recommendations you would be making to your CEO client. With respect to the references you provided, the content looks good, though there are in excess number of capital letters in part. This is a minor very correctable mechanical problem. Your CEO client should not see something like student SC websites, of which you show to as reference sources which you have used. The 2 x 2 swot matrix you have provided fits with the internal and external environmental factors you have identified within your narrative. Note, the competition you have shown and weaknesses, should be listed as a threat. I do not see where you have evaluated managements role in in the organizations can strategic planning process. You have constructed a swot analysis and provided a synthesis and develop some results which would be the strategies promote the organization to the premier competitive position within its industry. You have provided a 2 x 2 swot matrix, discuss trends strategic intent and addressed some items concerning financial objectives. Some of these may need attention. The case assignment forms the foundation for the upcoming signature assignment. You will take the case assignment, make corrections, and add other material to create the final report for your CEO client. This will be the signature assignment.
